Lineage Oregon Underdawg strain Oregon Underdawg is an Indica dominant strain, 30% Sativa / 70% Indica, from the cross of 3 large strains, Oregon Afghani x OG Kush x Sour Diesel. Just looking at this strain’s Indian lineage will make you sit up immediately. A true genetic marvel, the Indica trend of Oregon Afghani is always present accompanied by OG Kush, a Sativa for night use, and Sour Diesel, a Sativa that transmits energy to make the day more bearable. It also has a Medium THC 15% – 22%, making it a great choice for those looking for a strong and relaxing experience. Origin Oregon Underdawg is an exceptional Indica dominant strain with roots in the USA, specifically Oregon. It boasts a genetic lineage that combines the best traits of Oregon Afghani, OG Kush, and Sour Diesel with Diesel heritage. This robust blend showcases the rich, earthy notes of Afghani, the nighttime relaxation of OG Kush, and the uplifting energy of Sour Diesel. These genetics create a harmonious balance that appeals to both recreational and medicinal users. Grown from premium Oregon Underdawg strain seeds, this strain reflects the careful cultivation and selection of these powerful genetics. Whether you’re drawn to its potency or heritage, this strain is a true masterpiece. Oregon Underdawg Strain Sativa or Indica? Oregon Underdawg is predominantly an Indica strain, 30% Sativa / 70% Indica, making it a popular choice for those seeking deep relaxation and stress relief. Its Indica dominant genetics stem from the soothing influence of Oregon Afghani and the calming effects of OG Kush. These traits dominate the strain’s profile, offering a sense of tranquility after just a few hits. Although it has some Sativa lineage from Sour Diesel, this is mostly expressed as a subtle uplifting effect, making it an ideal evening strain. For anyone wondering if Oregon Underdawg is more Sativa or Indica, the answer is clear: its Indica dominance shines through. Oregon Underdawg Effects The effects of Oregon Underdawg strain are deeply Aroused, Energetic and Relaxed, making it perfect for winding down after a stressful day. Users often report a soothing body high accompanied by a sense of mental calm, ideal for tackling Fatigue, Muscle Spasms or Stress. Thanks to its Indica genetics, it promotes full body relaxation without leaving you couch locked. Despite its calming tendencies, the Sativa influence from Sour Diesel adds a touch of mental clarity and euphoria. This balance makes Oregon Underdawg an excellent choice for both medicinal and recreational users looking for a versatile strain. Germinating Oregon Underdawg seeds It is important to germinate your weed seeds carefully if you want to have a healthy harvest from day one. Although there are several methods to germinate our Feminized cannabis seeds, at Blimburn Seeds, we recommend our customers to follow our easy and simple technique. Before removing our Oregon Underdawg seeds from their packaging, remember that cannabis seeds are alive and delicate. Our hands are full of bacteria that can easily infect seeds and ruin our germination. Set Up Your Germination Station: Begin by moistening two paper towels with room temperature water. Lay one paper towel on a plate and spread the seeds on it, spacing them about 2 cm apart. Place the second paper towel on top of the seeds, and make sure to remove any excess water from the plate. Cover the setup with another opaque plate and store it in a warm, dark location. Monitoring: Make sure paper towels are still moist by checking every 4-6 hours and spraying room temperature water. Typically, germination should occur within 24 to 120 hours. Once the seeds have sprouted tap roots, plant them with the roots facing down and cover with about 2 cm of soil. Remember to water the soil regularly by spraying to keep it moist. It may take up to two weeks for the plants to start growing. Ideal Conditions: Maintain a consistent temperature of 69.8 ºF – 78.8 ºF (21 ºC – 26 ºC) in the germination area. Use purified room temperature bottled water with a pH level between 5.5 and 6.5. Keep the seeds away from light, allowing exposure for less than 1 minute before and during germination. Avoid touching the seeds or applying pressure to them. Record Keeping: To qualify for the three month germination guarantee, it is necessary to follow all the steps outlined in our germination guidelines. Please do not use alternative germination methods, such as using a water bottle or planting directly into soil. Document the germination process through photography or video, as it will be requested when assessing claims for replacement products. Oregon Underdawg Strain Flowering Time Oregon Underdawg strain has a flowering time of 8 to 10 weeks, making it a relatively fast growing strain for both beginners and experienced cultivators. This timeframe allows growers to enjoy its dense, resin coated buds without a prolonged wait. Proper care and attention during cultivation will enhance its Indica characteristics and overall potency. Cultivators using Oregon Underdawg seeds will appreciate the plant’s robust genetics, inherited from its legendary parent strains. With the right environment, it consistently delivers high yields and exceptional quality, living up to its reputation as a top tier strain. How to grow Oregon Underdawg strain? Oregon Underdawg Feminized seeds can be grown indoors or outdoors under optimal conditions, to avoid any problems during their development. Although they are compact and robust, moderately easy to grow and hardy, we should always prevent any pests. You can use different growing methods to retain and enhance the terpenes and flavors of your Feminized Oregon Underdawg strain buds. Use a quality substrate. Perlite, peat or coco coir are ideal for moisture retention. Thanks to the experience of our customers with our Feminized Oregon Underdawg seeds, we know that we can increase yields up to 20%. For optimal indoor cultivation, Blimburn Seeds advises wide, vertical spaces and the use of the ScrOG method to obtain a uniform plane and increase the size of the lower flowers. If you plan to grow our Feminized seeds outdoors, we have developed a grow guide for optimal cultivation in any area of the world. Remember that our cannabis plants also need good nutrients when our Feminized seeds are seedlings, in their vegetative period and finally in their flowering period. When you grow cannabis seeds outdoors, choose the best date for your crop, a place where our cannabis plants receive the most hours of sunshine. If on the other hand you like to grow your Feminized seeds indoors and you have good tents, textile pots for growing, led lighting, air extractor, to circulate clean air and of course a good carbon filter to avoid problems with neighbors or the law. Keep daytime temperatures between 68℉-80℉ and nighttime temperatures between 7℉-9℉ cooler. Feminized plants need low humidity to thrive. Keep relative humidity (RH) levels at 55%-60% during the vegetative phase. Reduce RH to around 40% during the flowering phase. By harvest time, you can reduce RH to 30%. Outdoors, breeders in the northern hemisphere should sow their cannabis seeds in April for harvest in mid October. Healthy Feminized Oregon Underdawg seeds produce about 17 oz/plant | 500 gr/plant of buds each. Indoors, these crops have a flowering time of 8 – 10 weeks and produce about 1.15 – 1.64 oz/ft2 | 350 – 500 gr/m2. If you plan to grow our feminized seeds outdoors, we have developed a germination grow guide for optimal cultivation in any area of the world. Ideal Climate for Growing The Oregon Underdawg strain flourishes in a climate with warm summers and mild, dry conditions. The ideal temperature range for cultivating this strain is between 70–80°F (21–27°C), which promotes robust growth and high yield. This strain requires a consistent light cycle and benefits from well-draining soil to support its root system. Wi
