Lineage Skunk Regular Strain Skunk Regular Seeds resulting from the cross between a Afghani x Acapulco Gold x Colombian Gold will produce a hybrid strain that is mostly indica 60% Indica / 40% Sativa. Regular seeds cannot be classified as feminized seeds. They are the original seeds from nature, containing two sexes, like humans: male and female. The strain will likely have citrus, skunk, and sweet flavors providing a strong, mostly indica body high. It also has a Medium THC 15% – 18%, making it a great choice for those looking for a strong and relaxing experience. Origin The Skunk Regular strain is a legendary cannabis variety that emerged in the late 1970s. Developed from the genetics of Acapulco Gold, Afghani, and Colombian Gold, it set the standard for reliable cannabis cultivation. Renowned for its stability and performance, this strain quickly became a favorite among growers and breeders alike, leading to its dominance in cannabis competitions. Its robust genetics have made it a key player in the creation of numerous hybrids, including Skunk Kush and Lemon Skunk. With its potent effects and consistent growth, Skunk Regular feminized seeds remain a top choice for enthusiasts seeking superior results. Skunk Strain Awards Skunk Regular earned 2nd Place in the Outdoor Category at Spannabis 2014, reinforcing its reputation as one of the most stable and influential foundational hybrids in modern cannabis breeding. In addition to its Spannabis recognition, Skunk Regular has also won numerous smaller local cannabis cups across Amsterdam, the UK, and Spain. These regional awards reflect its cultivation consistency, strong hybrid vigor, and enduring popularity among legacy growers and connoisseur communities. Skunk Regular Sativa or Indica? The Skunk Regular strain leans predominantly towards Indica, with a 60% Indica and 40% Sativa balance. This composition offers a blend of relaxation and mild stimulation, appealing to a wide range of users. Its Indica dominance ensures compact growth, making it manageable for both indoor and outdoor cultivation. While the Sativa genetics contribute to a subtle uplifting effect, the strain’s primary focus is on delivering deep relaxation. This balance makes Skunk Regular cannabis seeds ideal for those seeking the best of both worlds: physical relief with a touch of mental clarity. Skunk Regular Effects The Skunk Regular strain is celebrated for its balanced and versatile effects. Its Indica heavy genetics provide a calming sensation, ideal for unwinding and alleviating stress or tension. This makes it a favorite for evening use, promoting a sense of relaxation without leaving users overly sedated. The Sativa influence adds a gentle cerebral uplift, making it suitable for creative endeavors or social activities. Medical users also appreciate its potential for managing Arthritis, Insomnia and Pain. With its smooth, consistent effects, Skunk Regular seeds deliver a reliable experience for both recreational and therapeutic purposes. Germinating Skunk Regular Seeds It is important to germinate your Skunk Regular cannabis seeds carefully if you want to have a healthy harvest from day one. Although there are several methods to germinate our Regular cannabis seeds, from Blimburn Seeds we recommend our customers to follow our easy and simple technique. Before removing our Skunk Regular cannabis seeds from their packaging, remember that cannabis seeds are alive and delicate. Our hands are full of bacteria that can easily infect seeds and ruin our germination. Set Up Your Germination Station: Begin by moistening two paper towels with room temperature water. Lay one paper towel on a plate and spread the seeds on it, spacing them about 2 cm apart. Place the second paper towel on top of the seeds, and make sure to remove any excess water from the plate. Cover the setup with another opaque plate and store it in a warm, dark location. Monitoring: Make sure paper towels are still moist by checking every 4-6 hours and spraying room temperature water. Typically, germination should occur within 24 to 120 hours. Once the seeds have sprouted tap roots, plant them with the roots facing down and cover with about 2 cm of soil. Remember to water the soil regularly by spraying to keep it moist. It may take up to two weeks for the plants to start growing. Ideal Conditions: Maintain a consistent temperature of 70-90ºF in the germination area. Use purified room temperature bottled water with a pH level between 5.5 and 7. Keep the seeds away from light, allowing exposure for less than 1 minute before and during germination. Avoid touching the seeds or applying pressure to them. Record Keeping: To qualify for the three month germination guarantee, it is necessary to follow all the steps outlined in our germination guidelines. Please do not use alternative germination methods, such as using a water bottle or planting directly into soil. Document the germination process through photography or video, as it will be requested when assessing claims for replacement products. Skunk Regular Flowering Time The Skunk Regular strain features an efficient flowering time of 8-10 weeks, making it a practical choice for cultivators seeking a dependable harvest. Its stable genetics ensure uniform growth, with plants producing dense, resinous buds. This moderate flowering period allows growers to achieve multiple harvests in favorable climates or maximize indoor yields. The strain’s reliable growth and impressive results have cemented Skunk Regular feminized seeds as a go to option for those seeking high quality buds with minimal hassle. How To Grow Skunk Regular Seeds? Skunk Regular seeds can be grown indoors or outdoors under optimal conditions, to avoid any problems during their development. Although they are compact and robust, moderately easy to grow and hardy, we should always prevent any pests. You can use different growing methods to retain and enhance the terpenes and flavors of your Skunk Regular buds. Use a quality substrate. Perlite, peat or coco coir are ideal for moisture retention. Thanks to the experience of our customers with our Skunk Regular seeds, we know that we can high yields. For optimal indoor cultivation, Blimburn Seeds advises wide, vertical spaces and the use of the ScrOG method to obtain a uniform plane and increase the size of the lower flowers. If you plan to grow our seeds outdoors, we have developed a grow guide for optimal cultivation in any area of the world. Remember that our cannabis plants also need good nutrients when our Regular seeds are seedlings, in their vegetative period, and in their flowering period. When you grow cannabis seeds outdoors, choose the best date for your crop and a place where our cannabis plants can receive the most hours of sunshine. If you would like to grow your Skunk Regular seeds indoors, be sure to have good tents, textile pots for growing, LED lighting, an air extractor to circulate clean air, and of course a good carbon filter to avoid problems with neighbors or the law. Keep daytime temperatures between 68℉-80℉ and nighttime temperatures between 7℉-9℉ cooler. Regular plants need low humidity to thrive. Keep relative humidity (RH) levels at 55%-60% during the vegetative phase. Reduce RH to around 40% during the flowering phase. By harvest time, you can reduce RH to 30%. Outdoors, growers in the northern hemisphere should sow their cannabis seeds in April for harvest in mid October. Healthy Skunk Regular cannabis seeds produce about 15 – 19 oz/plant | 450 – 550 gr/plant of buds each. Indoors, these crops have a flowering time of 8 – 10 weeks and produce about 1.31 – 1.64 oz/ft2 | 400 – 500 gr/m2. Ideal Climate for Cultivating The Skunk Regular strain flourishes in the ideal climatic conditions similar to the Tropical climate, characterized by hot, dry summers and mild, wet winters. The optimum temperature range for cultivating this strain is between 70 and 85 degr
