Bud Sorter food grade plastic bin (Gray)

The Bud Sorter food grade plastic bin (Gray) primary function is to receive and hold cannabis flower buds that have been separated by size (e.g., smalls, mediums, large colas) by a mechanical or manual bud-sorting machine. Food Grade Plastic: This designation confirms the plastic material (often HDPE or Polypropylene) is safe for direct contact with consumable products, preventing the leaching of chemicals that could compromise the purity, potency, or flavor of the cannabis flower. This is a critical requirement for maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Bud Sorter: The bin is specifically sized and shaped to integrate directly under the grates or sieves of a bud sorting system. Gray Color: While white is common for visual contrast, gray is often used in industrial or commercial settings to provide a neutral tone that may help conceal minor resin staining while still allowing for easy inspection of cleanliness and product level. Essentially, it is a clean, hygienic collection container that organizes and separates high-value cannabis product immediately after sizing and prior to final quality control and packaging
