Botanicare 115 Gallon Reservoir Lid White | 83.5 x 35.5 in ABS

Why the Botanicare 115 Gallon Reservoir Lid Matters at This Size The biggest tank in the room has the widest open surface. An open surface is where water leaves and light gets in. This cover measures 83.5 by 35.5 by 2 in, formed in the same white ABS as the tank. The access port and raised grip porthole cover mean nutrients, probes and top-up lines all go through without lifting the lid off. Fitting a Reservoir Lid Cut for One Capacity Lids in this line are cut per tank size, so this one seats on the 115 gallon body and nothing else. The tank itself is a separate item, which is worth checking before the pile of boxes arrives. Covered tanks hold their EC steadier between top-ups and grow far less algae, and neither of those shows up as anything dramatic. It is just less drift week to week. Key Features 83.5 x 35.5 x 2 in: Cut specifically for the 115 gallon tank, so it seats rather than balancing on the rim. Access port: Feed, probe or top up through the port instead of wrestling a seven foot lid off the tank. Raised grip porthole cover: Comes off with one hand and goes back the same way, even with a glove on. Blocks light: The simplest algae control available, with nothing added to the tank to achieve it. White ABS with recycled core: Same material as the reservoir, so it ages at the same rate as the tank under it.
