CenturionPro Original Trimmer | Quantanium Hybrid Tumbler

What the CenturionPro Original Handles One drum, 6.5 inches across and 30 inches long, and everything else follows from that. The machine trims up to 50 pounds of wet material an hour or 10 pounds dry, at 35,000 cuts a minute. That is a single operator machine rather than a production line, and it suits a room harvesting continuously rather than all at once. The frame runs 30 inches long, 13 wide and 28 high, and weighs 106 pounds, with a footprint narrow enough for a standard bench. Power is 6 amps at 110 volts, or 3 amps on a 220 volt supply. A 3 horsepower leaf collector suction system ships with it, along with the hopper and a triple bag kief collection system. The drum supplied here is the dual purpose type, which takes wet and dry material without a swap. CenturionPro warrants the machine for ten years and the leaf collector for three. That warranty is why these machines turn up second hand still working. Choosing the Hybrid Tumbler Over a Dedicated Drum A dedicated wet drum and a dedicated dry drum each do one job well. A dual purpose one does both, and the compromise is smaller than most growers expect. The slot geometry sits between the two, so wet material still clears and dry material is not over-handled. What you gain is a machine that does not stop for a changeover when the schedule shifts. The coating on this one is Quantanium, which is non stick and holds no resin between runs. The trichome preservation gain is about forty percent against an uncoated drum. No spray or oil is needed to keep material moving through, so the kief stays clean. On a single drum machine that matters more than it does on larger frames, because one drum out of service is the whole machine. Cleaning is faster and less frequent, which is most of the working day on a room this size.
