Dosatron D20S PISTON ASSY EX-20MP002- HV

The Core Piston Engine for High-Flow Mega-Flo Systems The Dosatron D20S Piston Assembly (Part #EX-20MP002-HV) is the essential internal component responsible for converting water flow into the mechanical energy required for injection. As part of the D20S series—Dosatron’s industrial workhorse capable of handling up to 100 GPM—this complete piston assembly is designed to operate under significant hydraulic force. By moving up and down within the bell housing, the piston creates the suction and positive pressure needed to intake concentrates and mix them uniformly into the water stream. This genuine OEM assembly ensures that your injector maintains its factory-calibrated accuracy, delivering consistent ratios regardless of pressure variations in the main irrigation line. Industrial Durability for Continuous Duty Facilities Engineered for long-term reliability in demanding greenhouse and field environments, the 20MP035 piston assembly features reinforced construction to withstand high-volume throughput. This "High Volume" (HV) model is built to resist the mechanical wear associated with large-scale fertigation and sanitation tasks. Because Dosatron injectors are water-powered and require no electricity, the integrity of this piston is critical for facility-wide performance. Replacing a worn piston assembly with this complete genuine unit restores the volumetric precision of the D20S, preventing dosing inconsistencies that could impact crop health or chemical application efficiency. It is a vital component for any professional maintenance program for high-flow nutrient delivery systems. Key features: Direct OEM Replacement: Specifically designed for the Dosatron D20S series, ensuring perfect compatibility and restoring original 100 GPM performance. Restores Volumetric Accuracy: Replaces worn internal piston components to ensure the injector pulls and mixes chemicals at exact proportional ratios. Water-Powered Efficiency: Acts as the "motor" of the system, allowing for precise chemical injection without the need for electrical power or external sensors. HV (High Volume) Engineering: Built to handle the rigorous demands of high-flow irrigation systems found in large-scale nurseries and agricultural fields. Complete Assembly Solution: Provides a comprehensive replacement for the motor piston, reducing maintenance time and simplifying complex field repairs.
