Dosatron INDUSTRIAL PLUMBING KIT 1 20 GPM MAX

Industrial Reliability with the Dosatron Plumbing Kit The Dosatron Plumbing Kit is an essential component for any commercial-scale hydroponic nutrient injection setup, specifically designed to support the D45 series injectors. This comprehensive kit includes a 200-mesh tee filter, which is a mandatory requirement to maintain your manufacturer's warranty and protect the internal mechanisms from debris. By utilizing a dedicated 20 GPM flow restrictor, the system effectively prevents over-speeding of the injector, ensuring consistent dosing accuracy even during peak water demand. Every component, from the polypropylene ball valves to the stainless steel bypass, is selected for maximum chemical resistance and durability in demanding greenhouse environments. Advanced Control for Hydroponic Nutrient Injection Precision monitoring is made simple with the included 1" brass pressure regulator and liquid-filled gauge, allowing growers to maintain the ideal pressure range for the Dosatron Plumbing Kit. The assembly features a manual bypass valve and union fittings, which facilitate effortless maintenance and system cleaning without the need to dismantle your entire hydroponic nutrient injection manifold. This kit streamlines the installation process, providing a turnkey solution that meets the rigorous standards of professional irrigation. Designed for the D45RE1.5 through the D45RE15 models, it ensures your fertigation system operates at peak efficiency while safeguarding your investment against common plumbing failures.
