Dosatron PLUNGER ASSY FOR D14MZ520 SN>16290363

Durable Construction for High-Ratio Nutrient Injection The Dosatron D14MZ520 Plunger Assembly is a critical internal component engineered for high-performance nutrient delivery in commercial cultivation environments. Designed specifically for units with a 20% injection ratio, this heavy-duty reciprocating rod ensures consistent suction of fertilizers into your primary water line. By utilizing this Dosatron maintenance part, growers can maintain the strict volumetric accuracy required for high-performance plant growth. Its robust design is built to withstand the mechanical stress of continuous high-flow operation. Reliable Maintenance for Modern Irrigation Systems This specific assembly is compatible with newer D14MZ520 models featuring a serial number greater than 16290363 manufactured from 2016 onwards. It features a significantly wider plunger head to facilitate the high 1:5 injection ratio necessary for dense nutrient solutions. Every irrigation injection system relies on the integrity of the internal seals and rods to prevent pressure loss and dosing fluctuations. Including a pre-installed Viton seal and anti-friction ring, this assembly provides a seamless solution for restoring factory-spec performance to your injector. Key features: Enhanced Precision: Specifically engineered for 1:20 to 1:5 injection ratios to ensure your plants receive exact nutrient dosages. High-Flow Compatibility: Designed to handle 14 GPM flow rates without compromising the suction power of the internal assembly. Superior Seal Quality: Includes a pre-installed Viton plunger seal for maximum chemical resistance and leak prevention. Reduced Friction: Integrated anti-friction ring extends the lifespan of the plunger rod and the inner injection body. Direct Fitment: Guaranteed compatibility for D14MZ520 units with serial numbers post-16290363 for easy "drop-in" maintenance.
