Dramm Guard Set for 400mm Fan

Essential Safety Protection for 400mm Ventilation Systems The Dramm Guard Set is an industrial-grade safety solution specifically engineered for 400mm high-velocity circulation fans. This complete set includes both front and rear wire guards, designed to prevent debris and accidental contact from interfering with the fan's high-speed internal components. The front guard features a specialized pressure-fit design that utilizes high-friction rubber grommets to lock the guard securely onto the front housing without the need for additional tools. This ensures a tight, vibration-resistant fit that stays in place even during maximum RPM operation, maintaining a safe environment for cultivation technicians and facility staff. Precision Engineering and Streamlined Installation The rear guard is meticulously designed to integrate directly with the fan's three motor mounting brackets for a professional, flush-mount finish. Installation is straightforward: by removing the mounting bolts and sliding the brackets through the wire rings, the guard becomes a structural part of the fan assembly. This dual-guard system provides 360-degree protection while maintaining the high-volume air movement required for effective integrated pest management and humidity control. Built with durable, corrosion-resistant materials, these guards are ideal for the high-humidity conditions of commercial greenhouses and indoor facilities, ensuring long-term reliability and compliance with facility safety standards. Key features: Tool-Free Front Installation: Features a pressure-fit design with rubber grommets that hold the guard securely in place using friction alone. Integrated Rear Mounting: Connects directly to existing motor brackets, ensuring the guard is structurally sound and won't rattle during operation. Unobstructed Airflow: The precision wire spacing provides maximum safety protection while allowing for total, high-velocity air circulation. Industrial Safety Compliance: Helps facilities meet safety protocols by shielding high-speed fan blades from accidental contact or debris. Durable Construction: Built to withstand the rigorous, high-humidity environments typical of professional greenhouse and indoor grow facilities.
