It pairs with the HGV Growth Formula during veg and the HGV Flowering Formula during bloom. The jug ships dry. You fill it to the green Fill Line, shake vigorously for 30 seconds, wait a minute, then shake again. Top off with two cups of warm water, shake once more, and the powder dissolves into a stable liquid concentrate. Dose at 15 mL of Base per gallon — half the rate of the 30 mL/gal Growth or Flowering pour. pH to 5.6–5.8 for hydro or coco, 6.0–6.2 for soil. The 0.6:1 Base-to-Growth (or Base-to-Flowering) volume ratio holds steady from transplant through the last week of flower.
