How the TrolMaster AMP-3 Sensor Board Fits a Reservoir The AMP-3 is a bridge board that turns two reservoir probes into live pH, EC and water temperature readings on a TrolMaster controller. Short probe leads carry less noise, so route them straight to the board without coiling the slack on a motor cord. Push the BNC on and turn it until it locks, then seat the Mini DIN fully. A loose plug is the usual cause of a reading that drops out. Rooms with several tanks run each board through the SPH-1 Splitter Hub and give every board its own address. Label each board with its reservoir so an alert points to the right tank. Calibrate both probes through the controller before trusting the first alarm.
