Batch trimming means loading a measured charge, running it to the finish you want and dumping it, and the BatchOne is built around that rhythm.

Batch trimming means loading a measured charge, running it to the finish you want and dumping it, and the BatchOne is built around that rhythm. Each load runs 15 to 20 lbs of dried flower, and a batch typically takes 10 to 15 minutes depending on strain and humidity. Rated throughput reaches up to 88 lbs per hour on dry material. The tumbler measures 19.5 in across and turns at 21 RPM. A 1/4 HP motor drives it, sized so a full load does not stall it. Current draw is 2.7 A at 115V on a 15 A circuit with a standard NEMA 5-15 plug. The frame stands 48 in tall and runs 63 in long. Width is 34 in with the control box fitted and 31 in without it, which clears a standard 32 in doorway. The machine carries CSA, CE and UL certification. Trim falls into food-grade bins that stack and nest for storage.
Dialing In a Batch One Trimmer on Harvest Day
Closeness of cut comes from the saddle, which a tensioning knob tightens or relaxes in fine steps. Start loose, run a test batch and tighten one notch at a time until the finish looks right. If the drive wheel turns but the tumbler stops, the saddle is too tight, so back it off a notch. To load, pull the body plunger and tilt the machine into a loading position, then lock it level to run. Unloading works the same way, tilted down so the open end sits close to the bin. Flower dried to around eight to ten percent humidity trims cleanest, and every batch behaves a little differently. Clean it daily and between strains. Remove the control box, bins, caps, top panel, tumbler, saddle and baffles, then foam everything else and pressure wash it. A Twister Foam Cannon on the pressure washer lays that foam down evenly. Dry with compressed air and finish with isopropyl or another sanitizer. The control box is not waterproof, so it stays out of the wash. This is a heavy machine, and lifting it is a job for two people.
Key Features
Batch-Style Workflow: Measured 15 to 20 lb loads finish in roughly 10 to 15 minutes, so each batch can be checked and repeated.
Ultrafine Saddle Adjustment: A tensioning knob sets cut closeness in small steps, from a light polish to a tight finish.
Stall-Resistant Motor: The 1/4 HP tumbler motor keeps a full load turning without bogging down.
Pivoting Load and Unload: A plunger lock tilts the body to dedicated loading and unloading positions without lifting.
Doorway-Friendly Frame: Removing the control box narrows it to 31 in, and locking 360-degree casters roll it between rooms.
Full Wash-Down: With the control box off, every other part can be foamed, pressure washed and sanitized.
Stackable Trim Bins: Food-grade bins catch trim for extraction and nest together for storage.
