The alkaline detergent lifts organic deposits - biofilm, plant residue, grease, oils, and soil - off surfaces before the disinfection step. Running a PAA disinfectant like ZeroTol 2.0 or SaniDate 5.0 directly onto organically loaded surfaces reduces efficacy because the oxidizer gets consumed by the organic load before it can kill pathogens. Clean first with GreenClean Alkaline, then disinfect. That sequence is the difference between adequate and reliable sanitation.
