DIG SUPRA-TS Semi Automatic MNPT Screen Filter – 3 in / 155 Mesh

DIG introduces the innovative and patented SUPRA-TS series, a semi-automatic screen filter designed for easy and effective filtration. These high-quality plastic filters are built for long life and reliable service even in harsh conditions, offering a professional-grade solution for water clarity. Top features include: The SUPRA-TS utilizes a user-friendly flushing cycle that eliminates the need for messy manual filter cleaning or the high costs associated with fully automated systems. By simply rotating the handle while the drain valve is open, you ensure consistent performance and system longevity. Simple Operation The cleaning process is quick and efficient. It requires only the opening of the flush valve at the filter bottom and a quarter turn of the overhead handle for 15-30 seconds. This streamlined maintenance keeps your system running without the downtime of disassembling the filter. High Efficiency & Protection The SUPRA-TS provides superior protection by filtering particles with precision. With a large filtration area of 147 square inches, it achieves a high contaminant holding capacity for both organic and inorganic debris, resulting in a lower flushing frequency. Robust Construction Crafted from high-performance polymeric materials, this series offers exceptional resistance to corrosion and chemicals. The body and cover are UV-protected, ensuring the filter withstands the elements in outdoor agricultural or industrial installations. Applications Perfect for agriculture, landscape irrigation, industrial processes, and aquaculture. It is specifically engineered to maintain water quality and protect sensitive components like drip emitters and micro-sprinklers, even when working with low-quality water sources. Compact & Versatile The compact footprint allows this filter to fit into a wide range of installation sites. Available in both 2" and 3" sizes, it maintains low friction loss while supporting flow rates of up to 220 GPM.
