Musty Buffalo (Regular) – Exotic Genetix | Vault Release

A Piece of the Vault: Musty Buffalo by Exotic Genetix These packs have never left the collection. Musty Buffalo is an Exotic Genetix feminized-seeds-vs-regular-seeds/”>fem cross that builds tension between two very different flavor poles: Sweat Helmet’s heavy, dank, musky gas and Red Pop’s bright fruity-candy sweetness. Both lots | SHN-447 and SHN-468 | were acquired directly and have been stored in James Bean’s personal vault under optimal conditions since. About Exotic Genetix Exotic Genetix is a Pacific Northwest breeding institution known for building a catalog of elite, terpene-driven cannabis genetics. Their approach to naming reflected their flavor philosophy | Musty Buffalo is not subtle about what the cross is doing. The “musty” half comes from Sweat Helmet’s dank, pungent character; the contrast comes from Red Pop’s candy-fruit brightness. EG packs at Seeds Here Now were consistently competitive, especially fem releases with distinct pheno range. The Genetics: Sweat Helmet’s—Red Pop Sweat Helmet is an Exotic Genetix inhouse strain built for heavy, pungent, dank terpene expression | the kind of intensely musky, gas-forward profile that the name implies. Think deep funk, rubber, and dark gas character. Red Pop is the EG counterpart: a sweet, fruity, bubblegum-candy strain with a bright, red-candy nose that sits at the opposite end of the terpene spectrum. In Musty Buffalo, these two create a pheno pool with real range | some phenotypes leaning full gas-musk, others pulling toward sweeter candy-fruit, and the most interesting expressions sitting in the middle where sweet gas and dank fruit collide.
